Accomodation expenses All participants are required to pay for their own flight and hotel expenses. Special hotel rate The Conference rate of the Conrad Hotel is € 180,00 + tax per person/per night including breakfast. The same accomodation rate will be applied to the Conference participants 10 days before and after the event based on their desire. The Hotel will not charge any extra room cost for the second person in the same room except the breakfast. Other expenses
The costs of all meetings, meals
and quest programs during
the Conference days (April
6-7-8) will be covered by
the Turkish National Police.
